Airfare Booking Assistance

For guests who would like help securing airfare, I offer optional booking assistance to help simplify the process and save you time. This includes researching available fares and booking the itinerary that best fits your travel plans.

Service fee:

• $150 for domestic or straightforward round-trip flights

• $200 for international or more complex itineraries (including multi-city or non-standard routings)

This service covers research and booking only and does not include post-ticketing changes or airline follow-up.

Why is there a fee for airfare booking assistance?
The fee reflects the time and expertise involved in researching, coordinating, and booking airfare on your behalf.

Why isn’t post-ticketing support included?
Once tickets are issued, airlines manage all changes directly, allowing The Day We Travel to focus on planning and delivering exceptional tour experiences.

Guests are always welcome to book airfare independently if preferred.
